Then while in OFW 6.61 I applied pressure to the bottom left of that chip (like in the youtube video above) each time i booted the console or booted an app to install CFW. Luckily I had a Pandora Battery to install 6.60 ME CFW from pandora) (I had to turn off 'game boot' in CFW Configuration settings to even get into the XMB/6.61 update at all, and to avoid the lptfffffffe error. I wasn't able to fix the update to 6.61, but after it got to 99% updating to 6.61 i just took out the battery and took my chances.
downgraded to psp to 3.71 and starting updating upwards still no successĪny help would be appreciated. problem is that keycleaner only has upto psp 2000 ta 085 and not ta 088 v1/v2ĩ. removed umd power cable and data cable still same issue.Ĩ. Psp ISO doesnt work (reseting settings from system settings makes the iso work).ĩ. Apps dont work sually with white PSP logo screen. (have to use triangle, square, start, select to hard reset psp)ħ. wavy on psp screen mostly and XMB is most of the time not loaded. the umd tries to start before the system and interferes with the update process as wellĦ. one time during 6.60 botched installation red also appearedĥ. there is also issue with discoloration in video out through component cable (only green works). the battery has to be removed and the system information shows 6.XX but the firmware is not fully installedĤ. either the update goes to 99 percent and drops to 84 percent then goes back to 99Īnd + or it comes up with an error (lptfffffffe)ģ.
